In true video games based on a movie fashion Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was not content to come out on every video game console known to man plus the PC. They need to try to get some more out of the franchise by releasing a Mobile Phone version of the game also. Later this summer Harry Potter fans will be able to get their magic spell casting, broom riding, and any other of the wild and exciting activies of Hogwarts fix while they are on the go. EA is promising the game will also include ringtones, voicetones, and wallpapers based on the Warner Brothers film.

In the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix mobile game, Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts and discovers that much of the wizard community is in denial about the resurgence of evil Lord Voldemort. He finds himself meeting in secret with a small group of students who name themselves Dumbledore’s Army. Harry has to teach them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead.

“We’re thrilled to deliver Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for mobile,” said Travis Boatman, vice president worldwide studios at EA Mobile. “Our teams worked diligently to create a visually rich, immersive mobile game that is faithful to the Harry Potter universe. We believe our consumers will love taking the Potter experience with them wherever they go.”

“We are excited to work with EA Mobile to give fans worldwide a truly compelling and robust suite of mobile content,” said Maria Seidman, vice president of sales development, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution. ”In addition to being able to access wallpapers, tones and other personalization content, fans of Harry Potter will have the chance to play in the magical world of Hogwarts whenever – and wherever – they want.”

Look up in the sky around June 15th for European Potter fans, but it will take 11 days for Harry to fly over the Atlantic Ocean an land in North America on June 26th.

PopCap Games, developer of insanely addictive and fun casual games, unleashed Chuzzle game on a wide array of cell phones and other mobile devices in North America, the United Kingdom and parts of Europe. Back in 2005, this game received a number of awards including “Casual Game of the Year” at Billboard’s DEMX 2005 conference, Chuzzle has been the game most requested by mobile gamers. This is the first mobile game PopCap has developed. Chuzzle Mobile is available today from all major mobile carriers throughout North America and Europe.

Four different game modes offer a nearly infinite range of challenges across seemingly limitless levels, and giant chuzzles, rainbow chuzzles, super chuzzles and other bonuses help overcome various obstacles. With the new mobile version, players have the option to set the movement and/or the popping of chuzzle rows and sets to either manual or automatic, such that the game controls are streamlined specifically for mobile play.

 “Chuzzle is a great game for mobile devices, and we’ve spent a lot of time optimizing it for that platform,” said Jason Kapalka, co-founder and chief creative officer at PopCap Games. “We’ve simplified the already straightforward game mechanics to take advantage of the input controls across hundreds of models of cell phones and other mobile devices, and the game plays faster and more intuitively than ever. That said, we’ve also retained the endless ‘Zen’ mode in the mobile version, because we know that Chuzzle is a great on-the-go source of relaxation for many players.”

With the new mobile version, all aspects of grabbing, sliding and popping chuzzles can also be set to either manual or automatic, making the game faster and easier to play while on the go.

The time has come to believe in magic, to believe in fairies. The new game is going to show you all splendor of magic lands and their inhabitants.

Jochen Kaercher Gamedesign today announces the release of Feyruna, a gaming masterpiece that will leave no gamers indifferent. Feyruna carries casual gamers away to a wonderland, a miraculous kingdom which is in danger of becoming conquered by dark forces. Your character is a beautiful fairy and all hopes of Feyruna kingdom are laid upon you. The fairy has to fly all over the screen and collect magic glowies - local inhabitants. Your main objective in the game is to save all residents of the area; otherwise they will be eaten by flying bats, bumblebees and other evil creatures.

Fortunately, all your enemies cannot be wise at all times and if your fairy does make some efforts, you will win. Mighty spells of fairy magic are provided by the game to help you: lightning balls will crush all flying enemies while earthquake spells wipe out ground-based enemies. Various friendly creatures like butterflies, ghost lights and enchanted glow-worms will help you to drive away the dark forces. However, the plot of the game poses a problem: from one episode to another your enemies become faster, wiser and stronger and you cannot but accept this challenge. With progress in the main game, you’ll unlock three minigames. Two of them challenge the mind, while the third one is a nice variation of the main game, where the fairy collects glowies on her own and the player protects her with a magic wand. Thus, Feyruna enables you to evolve and to improve your reaction and sharpen your mind.

An evident and noteworthy advantage of the game is that it’s a wonderful relaxation for mind. Feyruna plunges you into the atmosphere of serene climate and beautiful surroundings. Superb graphics, vivacious colors and melodious music will produce a soothing effect on you. The game contains no cruel scenes or characters, therefore even children aged 6-12 can play it.

Once you have played this game, a phrase from a famous book will come to your mind: “…the laugh broke into a thousand pieces and they all went skipping about, and that was the beginning of fairies…” (Peter Pan). What it feels like for a fairy? Play Feyruna to find it out!

Main Benefits at a Glance:
- Easy accessible;
- Intuitive controls;
- Non-violent gameplay to attract players of all ages;
- Cute characters/creatures;
- Beautiful landscapes, atmospheric music.
